Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably with a technical or engineering background.
Attends to regular purchasing requirements (i.e raw materials, electronics components, packaging) and complies within the given schedule
Checks price validity of items and stock availability if item is already part of Purchase Order (P.O.) database
Canvasses company requirements from local and foreign suppliers
Coordinates the complete specifications and product samples of the requested items with accredited suppliers
Endorses product pricing to Purchasing Head for approval
Preparation of Purchase Orders (POs)
Encoding and updating of entries in the system
Coordinates and monitors shipment of purchased items
Coordinates with Warehouse to ensure accuracy of details
Prepares reports and provide updates to Purchasing Head
Maintains records and files
