Description
- Ensure the cleanliness of the service station, including barracks, comfort room, landscape, and office
- Maintain cleanliness of the fill area
- Assist the Station OIC in ensuring all station equipment are functioning properly
- Assist the Station OIC in conducting price surveys
- Acknowledge and guide customers to their designated fill area
- Greet customers upon arrival and remind them of safety precautions
- Offer customers different fuel products
- Offer full tank service and ask for mode of payment
- Repeat the customer’s order and mode of payment, and offer promotions or other services
- At least 1 year experience as a Pump attendant but not required.
- Has communication skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Repeat the order and mode of payment and offer promotions and other services.
- Show gratitude to the customer and give a friendly smiling parting remarks
