Description

As a Relations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of our organization's external and internal relationships. Your responsibilities will include assisting with communication efforts, maintaining databases, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to the relations team. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring positive interactions and efficient resolution of inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


  • Communicates with owners and assist owner relations by coordinating client queries and questions
  • Prepare, drafts and send email notifications and reports to owners
  • Prepares and draft contracts, agreements, SPA and other documents necessary
  • Updates Owner Systems
  • Coordinate with Property Management Office, Service Providers and Internal Departments
  • Maintain an accurate Customer Relation
  • Attend property inspection for assessment and quality control
  • Assist Property Management with the day-to-day operations
  • Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) or Google Apps.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
