The Tenant Relations Officer at JDN Realty Group is crucial for cultivating and maintaining strong, positive relationships between property management and our tenants. This role ensures open communication, prompt resolution of issues, and fosters a vibrant community environment. By prioritizing tenant satisfaction and retention, this position directly contributes to maximizing property success, reducing turnover, and ensuring a pleasant living or working experience for all. 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, community management, or property management, preferably within the real estate or retail/residential industry.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution and client retention is highly valued.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, tenant portals, or property management software.
• Experience with digital communication tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, group messaging apps).

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.
• Superior problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build genuine rapport.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tenant concerns and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in an office setting with standard hours.
• May require occasional flexibility for tenant events or urgent issue resolution outside standard hours.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience working in a mall or large residential/commercial property environment.
• Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations in the Philippines.
• Certification in Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, or Property Management.
