Job Description

Description

  • Act as the contact point of contact between the company and external network providers
  • Identify and evaluate potential network service providers that meet the company’s needs.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of network services.
  • Manage the integration of external provider networks into the company’s infrastructure, ensuring smooth setup, optimization, and operation.
  • Lead network-related projects involving service providers, from initial planning and design through to execution and post-deployment support.
  • Develop and manage project plans for the integration and optimization of external provider networks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure that all provider deliverables meet performance and security standards defined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for network architecture, provider agreements, and project timelines.
  • Regularly update the management on project progress, network performance, and issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of any network outages or service disruptions caused by external providers and collaborate with them on resolutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills is a must
  • Medical or hospital background
  • Proficiency in use of computer program for Microsoft office suite (word, outlook, excel)
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Management, or related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills , people management and development skills, communication and quality presentation skills, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, creative thinking, and positive/teamwork attitude with a service-oriented approach, fast learner with self-motivation and a results-oriented focus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; able to work under pressure.
