Description
- Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Handle leasing agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Manage property budgets and financial reports.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Front Management, local building codes, fire and safety regulations, and HOA rules.
- Working Conditions: Role may involve indoor and outdoor work, frequent communication with tenants and contractors.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
