Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative for our Property Sales team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clients, assist in the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the property buying experience.


§ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information.

§ Assist customers in understanding and using our products and services.

§ Resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction with effective solutions.

§ Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other ad tracking platforms. Analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other ad tracking platforms.

§ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address client concerns.

§ Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements

§ A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.

§ Prior experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with property sales processes and legal documentation is an advantage.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.

§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Experience with ClickUP systems and other sales-related software is preferred.

§ Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a client-focused mindset. Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

§ Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Attention to detail in managing client records and preparing documents.

§ Basic understanding of sales strategies and lead management. Ability to confidently present property features and benefits to potential buyers.

§ A team player with a positive attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Collaborative approach to working with sales agents and other departments.

§ Fluency in English is essential.
