A Promodiser is responsible for representing and promoting a company's products or services in retail environments. They engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, and encourage sales. They are brand ambassadors who create a positive and engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Product Promotion:

• Actively engage customers in-store, showcasing key features and benefits of products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and offer samples to highlight product usage and advantages.
• Effectively communicate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries persuasively.
• Drive sales by encouraging customers to purchase and upselling/cross-selling related items.

Merchandising and Display:

• Maintain attractive and organized product displays according to company guidelines.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are correctly priced, and promotional materials are visible.
• Create eye-catching displays and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Build rapport with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.

Reporting and Communication:

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and sales trends.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer interactions, and promotional activities.

Brand Advocacy:

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
• Represent the brand positively and enthusiastically at all times.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotions is an asset.
