Description
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
- With experience in government projects is an advantage
- Ensure projects comply with specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budgets.
- Resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in industrial space design.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp
- Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, equipment, tools and manpower use
- Working Conditions: Site-based work in varying environments with potential for extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, effective communicator, and adaptable.
