Description
- Coordinate and oversee electrical construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and report on status.
- Assist in problem-solving and decision-making during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in engineering software, and effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with project managers.
- Working Conditions: Field-based work in various weather conditions, requiring physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and a strong team player.
