What We Do:

We produce and rigorously test hundreds of video ads for our clients to support their marketing efforts on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Many of the biggest direct-to-consumer brands in America rely on our team to drive their business growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee our asset deliveries, content creators, and large creative teams to successful and timely outcomes for our partners. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, confident, and proactive manager who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality creative assets.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced agency or client environment. They should be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, enjoy collaborating with their team and cross-functional partners, and be adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Team Coordination: Lead and empower your team by assigning assets and optimizing their strengths for exceptional performance.
• Resourceful Leadership: Efficiently allocate resources and collaborate with various departments to secure materials and streamline workflows.
• Strategic Liaison: Bridge communication between the editing team and other departments, aligning objectives and managing expectations.
• Decisive Problem Solving: Swiftly assess challenges, propose effective solutions, and maintain quality standards while meeting deadlines.
• Client Empowerment: Understand and communicate client requirements, ensuring timely deliveries and consistent communication.
• Workspace Organization: Maintain team organization, ensuring proper and transparent documentation

• 1 - 3 years of proven and demonstrable experience successfully managing media projects and large creative teams to successful and timely outcomes
• Someone with experience working with new short video trends, influencers, Content Creators, TikTokers, and changing landscapes.
• Extremely well-organized, with a specialty in cross-functional collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• A pro in managing post-production, fluent in the languages of editing and graphic design. Someone who can give feedback that's insightful and actionable.
• A thinker who brings perspective and dedication to work, and can communicate and lead creative visions.
• Someone comfortable with managing large asset volumes and meeting timely deadlines.
• A passion for social media and global culture trends

Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere while overseeing multiple processes and ensuring deadlines are met.

Client Focus: Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable plans, fostering client satisfaction and retention.

Tech Requirements:

• Dedicated computer
• Fast and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speeds / 50 Mbps upload speeds)
• Experience with premium editing tools, software, and audio/visual creative content creation techniques
