Description
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Manage procurement operations, including sourcing, comparing, and recommending suppliers for hardware and technical services.
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes and ensure timely delivery of ordered components.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
Asset Management & SOP Improvement:
- Oversee and update the asset inventory and logistics workflow.
- Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to asset management and hardware operations.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Project Coordination:
- Support the project manager in tracking milestones and ensuring timely delivery of internal and client-facing projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
Documentation & Communication:
- Assist in documenting technical and business requirements, project scope, and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, and operations teams.
Product Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Support testing of company solutions (hardware/software) before deployment to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.
- Document test results and communicate issues to the relevant teams.
