Position: Program and Project Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program and Project Administrator to oversee and support the administration of organizational programs and special projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and managing key initiatives while ensuring efficient program execution and compliance with organizational objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the administration of various organizational programs and projects.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement project management methodologies, including scope, time, quality, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth program execution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for project tracking and compliance purposes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Conduct evaluations and generate reports to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs.
- Support managerial effectiveness by optimizing project resources and workflow processes.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
