Description

  • Guides, supports, and monitors execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operators / production personnel,
  • Ensures operator's compliance to standards, company policies, rules and regulations to meet section's KPIs within allocated process/area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Industrial Engineering
  • With or without related working experience,
  • Preferably with Training in line with Production process,
  • Must have a Behavioral competencies as follows: People Management, Strong leadership, High regards to discipline,
  • Must have a functional competencies as follows: Computer usage knowledge, Communication and Negotiation skills, Comprehension skills, Leadership Skills.
