Description
- Oversee daily operations and manage production staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student with internships preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Standards. Strong Operations Management skills and a team player mentality.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, ensure quality compliance, and lead team efforts in process enhancements.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a manufacturing environment with potential shifts and safety protocols in place.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
