Production Coordinator

Job Description
- Maintain and adjust production timelines as needed based on sales orders and inventory levels.
- Liaise with production supervisors and machine operators to monitor daily activities. And ensure work orders are clearly understood and executed correctly.
- Work closely with the quality control department to ensure products meet industry and customer standards and reduce waste and manage leftover materials efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between production, engineering, maintenance, and sales departments.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to boost productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in wire and cable manufacturing is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise between departments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work in Guiguinto Bulacan
