MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Material planning for both direct and indirect materials
• Directly responsible for the accurate and timely conduct of the production planning & material control function to support production in their daily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling, as well as to assist Purchasing in raw materials requirement
• Order preparation and delivery schedule provision
• Take follow-up actions together with other departments in relation to material shortages that affect production
• Monitor and control the flow of materials from ordering, delivery, receiving, and warehousing
• Inventory, warehouse control, and management
• Responsible for the review and control of materials with technical change and phase-out model
• Coordination with related departments for any material concern
• Feedback system to Purchasing Team for any issues related to supplier’s delivery/supply
• Preserve the good condition of the materials and assure timely unloading & dispatching
• Self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision

1.     Education and Experience/Training

1.1. Preferably Engineering graduate or other related course

1.2. 1 year and above material planning experience

1.3. 1 year Knowledge in Warehousing operation

2.     Knowledge and Skills

2.1. Strong organizational and time management skills.

2.2. Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and supply chain management. 

2.3 Good communication skills, both verbal and written. 

2.4 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
