· Design, develop, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
· Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, addressing any technical issues promptly.
· Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in production workflows and product quality.
· Ensure that production processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new production technologies and techniques.
· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process-related issues in the production line.
· Monitor equipment performance, ensuring regular maintenance and minimizing equipment downtime.
· Support the introduction of new products by assisting with pilot runs, process validation, and scaling up production.
· Provide technical support and training to production personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.
· Work with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
· Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
· Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience (1-2 Years) in production engineering or a similar manufacturing environment.
· Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and materials.
· Proficient in engineering software .
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices is preferred.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with specific industry tools or technologies (e.g., CNC machinery, automated systems).
· Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.
