Description

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking a highly detail-oriented and organized Production Assistant–Complete Turn In (CTI) to join our Production team. This role plays a critical part in transcript processing, performing quality checks on court reporter submissions including transcripts and exhibits.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will take ownership of ensuring files are accurate, complete, and meet internal standards before delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify the completeness, formatting, and accuracy of stenographer-submitted transcripts and exhibits.
  • Ensure all documents meet company guidelines and quality standards.
  • Professionally correspond with court reporters via email to clarify discrepancies, request missing materials, or confirm transcript details.
  • Professionally correspond with attorneys and other firm personnel via email to request missing, corrupted, or secured documents
  • Track open requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files using naming conventions and version control practices.
  • Merge, bookmark, and modify PDFs using Adobe Acrobat for final preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of finalized materials.
  • Monitor workload and respond within defined turnaround times.
  • Prioritize workload according to priority status.
  • Handle all materials with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Windows-based PC environments.
  • Strong skills in the following software:
  • Notepad / Notepad++ for reviewing and editing raw text files
  • Adobe Acrobat for working with PDF files (merge, mark, format)
  • ZenDesk for ticket tracking and communication
  • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and Slack for daily operations and collaboration
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Exceptional eye for catching errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to follow formatting guidelines and legal transcript standards
  • Communication Skills:
  • Clear and professional email communication
  • Polite persistence in following up on outstanding requests
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple files and deadlines
  • Strong file management
  • Previous experience in transcript production, legal support, or court reporting industry
  • Familiarity with legal transcript formatting conventions
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid support role
