Description

The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in managing product inventory and supporting sports marketing and brand communications campaigns. This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, withthe flexibility to be present at the office on delivery days.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product inventory for sports marketing and brand communications campaigns, including ordering stock, receiving products, and dispatching deliveries.
Prepare ROS (Return on Sales) reports and stock reports.
Oversee the product release calendar to ensure timely launches.
Handle product samples, ensuring they are properly cataloged and distributed.
Communicate with channels and warehouses for delivery transfers.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in business-level English and Filipino.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with sports marketing and brand communications is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
