Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the requirement research, planning, and implementation of the trading platform and financial derivatives business.

- Oversee the complete trading functionalities, including but not limited to basic contract trading functionalities, wallet accounts, and trading risk control.

- Monitor the market of peer businesses and explore growth avenues for financial trading product users.

- Collect feedback from users and internal company sources, and continuously update and iterate the product based on the company's business plan.

- Communicate effectively with R&D, testing, operations, and other departments to ensure a thorough understanding of the product and to facilitate product launch.

- Monitor product data, conduct analysis and statistics, continuously improve the product, and address user pain points.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with financial derivatives and various trading platforms, with the ability to identify problems from a user perspective and solve them using product expertise and experience.

- Over 5 years of product management or related work experience, with 2 years of experience in contract products for centralized exchanges.

- Experience in designing futures trading products, with a detailed understanding of trading, user services, risk control, and clearing modules.

- Sensitivity to user experience and the ability to consider product design ideas from the user’s perspective.

- Clear product thinking, capability in product management, and attention to detail in design optimization.

- Strong sense of responsibility in work, with a high capacity to handle the workload of a start-up company.

- Fluent in English for writing and communication.

- Willingness to accept a 6-day work schedule in a start-up team, with remote work, team timezone: Beijing Time.

- Up to $7,000 per month. Salary range is negotiable based on individual experience, and exceptional performers may receive options for profit-sharing benefits.
