PCX Solutions is a non profit organization that works with governments around the world on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes; helps companies understand their plastic footprint, implement reduction strategies and comply with existing and upcoming legislation; and manages a fully transparent, third-party audited Plastic Pollution Reduction Standard to ensure the impact and responsibility of plastic waste projects, channeling funding into recycling infrastructure and increasing socio economic benefits for the communities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Platform Team of engineers, data scientists, and product designers working together to build a state-of-the-art credits platform that helps PCX bring products to market, optimize our marketplace, and ultimately outserve our partners and consumers. This role will contribute to our broader product strategy and partner with other teams to nourish a harmonized platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Technology to define and drive the platform strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Work backward from internal and external users to develop experimentation products that address complex challenges effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive product discovery, requirements gathering, and user research to identify product opportunities and maintain a refined team backlog.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform customers, fostering understanding, empathy, and trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote customer success by facilitating platform adoption, onboarding, and consistent engagement, acting as a trusted partner for users.
• Lead product launches, including marketing and go-to-market strategies, to maximize product reach and impact.
• Ensure the platform delivers excellent usability, providing intuitive and efficient interfaces for both technical and non-technical users.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams, bringing stakeholder considerations, constraints, and perspectives into the development process.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a tech company, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building platforms designed for B2B users.
• Deep understanding of modern online experimentation techniques, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset, excelling in data-driven decision-making and metric-based performance evaluation.
• Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Proficient in engaging with engineers and contributing to high-level technical discussions, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical domains.
• Skilled at explaining complex technical topics to non-technical audiences and business concepts to technical teams.
• Experienced in managing senior and international stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for product-related matters.
• Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud applications, architecture, and their implications for platform development.
• Passionate about tackling ambitious goals in the climate tech space, driven by a commitment to creating meaningful impact.
