Provide ancillary support to the Product Management team based in Singapore and Zug, primarily around product wind-downs and liquidation events
Create, update and maintain product liquidation documentation pages
Handle administrative and regulatory filings related to product liquidations, coordinating with internal and external parties as necessary
Liaise with external service providers (e.g. legal counsel, documents execution) on product liquidation matters
Assist with creation and processing of invoices (purchase orders and billings) for services rendered on product liquidation topics
Support the team with ongoing product liquidation projects or initiatives (automation, playbooks, FAQ pages) and other broader product management tasks as required

A bachelor's degree in finance, financial management, business or business administration, marketing, legal studies or related field
This role is open to fresh graduates or with 1-3 years of experience in the financial services or asset management industry
Fluent English as well as experience and confidence in client and stakeholder communication (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Good organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail
Experience with project management or in a shared services environment would be beneficial
Effective and reliable team player with an ability to work independently
