We're Hiring: Tendering Services / Procurement Officer

Location: Remote (Australia-based) | Full-Time

Our client, a dynamic construction maintenance services start-up in Australia, is seeking a Tendering Services / Procurement Officer to lead tender submissions and manage supplier/vendor procurement processes. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and solid experience in procurement within the construction or engineering space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and bids for construction and maintenance projects
• Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Request, review, and compare quotes and proposals for accuracy and value
• Maintain and update procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the procurement cycle

·       2–3+ years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract administration (preferably in construction or facilities management)

·       Strong understanding of tendering processes, cost evaluation, and vendor management

·       Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/tendering tools

·       Must be based in Australia and available to work full-time in a remote capacity
