As the Pre-school Center Director at Playscape Manila, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all aspects of the center. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing operational processes, maintaining adherence to safety and compliance standards, and ensuring a high-quality experience for children and families. You will work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that align with Playscape's mission, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics to support the school’s growth and success.

• Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Staff Management: Supervise and support staff, coordinating schedules, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the center meets all safety, health, and licensing requirements, and maintain up-to-date compliance with relevant regulations.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage the operational budget, control expenses, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee scheduling, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to implement strategies that align with Playscape Manila’s goals and support the center’s growth.
• Parent and Family Relations: Address operational concerns from families and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for children and their caregivers.
