We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with at least 2 - 3 years of experience developing Power Platform solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).

Certification in one or more of the Power Platform technologies is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as providing technical guidance and leadership to junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform

- Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members

- Develop technical documentation and provide end-user training and support

- Manage project timelines and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders

- Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure the quality of deliverables

- Participate in project planning and estimation, as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform

- Certification in one or more of the Power Platform technologies is a plus

- Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Preferably with SAP BI and API Integration experience.

- With background in actual system development (not just automating forms)

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
