Description
- Assist in various tasks across department assigned.
- Support daily operations and task management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and organize reports and record for the supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and report progress.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic skills in poultry assistance and knowledge of hatching processes are preferred.
- Working Conditions: Work may involve exposure to outdoor elements and farm environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
