Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall operational work of the event platform product functions and operational tools, focusing on data, user feedback, competitive products, and market product and event creativity, continuously optimizing product experience and tracking results.

2. Based on market research, competitive product analysis, and ongoing exploration of business needs, produce product requirement documents, and promote collaboration and implementation among operations, product, development, and business departments.

3. Capable of independently managing the product line, formulating daily operational strategies for different products, optimizing user experience, and driving product iteration based on data.

Job Requirements:

1. Data-sensitive, with a certain level of insight, skilled in planning & coordination, and adept at resource utilization.

2. Proficient in data tools, capable of using data analysis to guide operational work.

3. Able to independently manage the operational work of a product line, possessing product thinking, responsible for outcomes, and capable of ongoing follow-up and optimization.

4. Strong team spirit, good communication skills, able to interact and communicate in depth with people from different functions.

5. At least 1-2 years of full-time work experience, with a requirement for web3 experience.
