  • Provide administrative support to executives

  • Assist in project management and coordination

Requirements

  • Job Title: Personal Assistant
  • Preferably with Phil Passport (with US Visa is a great factor) - might need an assistant for out of country trips
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year (is a plus) of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, effective people management, and time management abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate communications.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with some remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent multitasking ability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
