Description

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare payroll reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
  • Address payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate salary and benefit information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional - CPP) preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar).
