- Manage payroll processes, ensure accuracy in records, and maintain employee confidentiality.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain employee records and assist with audits.
- Collaborate with HR to update payroll information as needed.
- Generate payroll reports for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level opportunities.
