  • Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee data management.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Assist with audits and prepare financial reports.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software, attention to detail, and knowledge of payroll regulations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, ensure compliance, and maintain employee records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours, occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, integrity, and excellent communication abilities.
