Job Description: Partner Management Tech&Ops Lead

Contracts Management

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters across departments.
  • Manage contract databases and tracking systems to ensure visibility and compliance.
  • Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing contract documentation and summaries as needed.
  • Lead the contract lifecycle management process, including collection, monitoring and reporting a variety of agreements (e.g., vendor contracts like MSAs, SOWs).
  • Contract monitoring on new engagements, renewals and offboarding.
  • Draft and review 3rd party contract templates and appropriateness of entries to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Legal and Technology and Operations’ Proponents to ensure contract adherence.
  • Develop and enhance existing processes on contract management and compliance.
  • Provide day to day guidance on both transactional and non-transactional issues.
  • Provide process guidance and feedback on improvement areas.


Partner Performance Management

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance
  • Regularly assess and report on service providers’ performance against agreed SLAs.
  • Validate contractual incentives or penalties based on their performance.
  • Analyze service providers’ performance to inform future sourcing strategies and financial planning.
  • Liaise with partner communications and cadence
  • Support existing 3rd party partner relationships triaging requests and business needs
  • Assist in managing internal metrics and ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
