Description
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix colors and adjust paint consistency as needed.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Conduct final inspections to verify satisfaction with the finish.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in painting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in hand and electric welding, color mixing, and surface preparation
- Working Conditions: May involve working indoors and outdoors, exposure to chemicals, and varying weather conditions
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, creativity, and ability to follow instructions
