Project & Product Development Coordinator (Assistant to Zubair)

Location: Remote

• Support product development initiatives by mapping workflows and processes.
• Conduct data analysis and assist in designing solutions.
• Build and manage workflows in Asana (or similar tools).
• Create mind maps, workflows, and org charts using Miro.
• Assist with project management tasks and team coordination.
• Potentially contribute to AI-related workflow/system development.

• 3+ years experience in project management, product development, or related field.
• Proficiency in Asana (or similar tools: ClickUp, Monday.com).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with workflow mapping and visualization tools (Miro).
• Familiarity with AI systems or willingness to learn is a strong asset.
