Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
Develop and implement the ACM Training Plan for assigned projects
Create, design and deliver training programs
Design, structure, and develop online / eLearning content aligned with the adoption of proposed changes
In coordination with the ACM team, contribute to a knowledge base for lessons learned and best practices
Prepare training environments, scenarios and associated user accounts
Initiate course evaluation and analyze collected feedback
Develop instructional materials, primarily through knowledge base articles and microlearning videos, and possibly other training collaterals such as user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs and exercises to support training for staff in close coordination with the technical team
Conduct briefings, road shows, brown bag and other training sessions for management and staff
Establish early-life and other support activities
Respond to training queries and concerns and escalate issues to technical and support teams whenever necessary
Perform any other assigned tasks
Experience in conducting training and developing instructional materials
A client-oriented attitude and experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality output
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
The ability to refine and distill technical jargon into clear, layperson-friendly content
Proficiency with content creation tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva
Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instructions and standardized practices
Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain composure under pressure.
A strong awareness and understanding of business processes and guidelines is an advantage.
Experience in providing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for IT systems is an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of IT projects in a business setting is an advantage
