Description
- Supervise and lead a team of operational staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with company standards and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Work with management to develop and manage warehouse operations.
- Communicate with clients to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Train and develop staff to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
