Job Responsibilities:

 1. Responsible for the full lifecycle operation of direct client users in the exchange, including onboarding new users, enhancing engagement, and managing retention and repurchase.

 2. Plan and execute exclusive activities for direct clients (such as deposit rewards, trading competitions, VIP exclusive events, etc.) to increase user stickiness and trading depth.

  3. Collect and analyze the behavior data and feedback of direct client users, providing insights and suggesting product optimizations and operational improvements.

  4. Coordinate with departments such as marketing, product, customer service, and compliance to ensure the smooth execution of direct client operational activities.

  5. Monitor data related to direct client users (transaction volume, activity levels, retention rates, etc.) and regularly produce operational reports.

  Stay informed about industry trends and competitor dynamics to continuously optimize direct client operation strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields

2. More than 2 years of operational experience in the internet, fintech, or exchange sectors; experience in direct customer or high-net-worth user operations is preferred

3. Familiarity with the digital asset/cryptocurrency industry, understanding of exchange business models and user needs

4. Strong data analysis skills, able to independently extract user insights and translate them into operational strategies

5. Excellent communication skills, with a good sense of customer service and cross-team collaboration ability
