Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for planning and executing various activities in the Chinese-speaking regions, including but not limited to user growth and transaction incentives; 2. Evaluate the effectiveness of activities through data analysis, optimize activity strategies, and improve user engagement and retention rates; 3. Continuously monitor industry trends, keep an eye on competitor activities, and adjust activity plans in line with market trends; 4. Collaborate with product, technology, and design departments to ensure smooth implementation of activities and enhance user experience; 5. Conduct activity reviews, analyze core data, produce activity reports, and drive subsequent optimizations;

Job Requirements: 1. More than three years of relevant work experience in digital asset exchanges, familiar with the digital asset market and user behavior; 2. Strong event planning capabilities, with experience independently managing platform events; 3. Data analysis skills, able to optimize event effectiveness based on data; 4. Strong ability to review events, effectively summarize experiences, and develop optimization strategies; 5. Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of efficiently driving project implementation;
