Operations Managers help ensure a team’s day-to-day work aligns with organizational goals. They typically decide how to use resources efficiently, promote high company standards, such as exceeding objectives or goals, and liaise between employees and members of upper management. An Operations Manager may also create actionable plans to help employees prioritize tasks and achieve individual goals.

Operations Managers also generally consider how to improve efficiency, increase profitability and meet the expectations of collaborators, customers and vendors. Other responsibilities may include:

• Developing and implementing company policies
• Supervising and training employees to complete tasks according to company standards
• Coordinating with department heads to achieve organizational goals
• Improving work processes to increase productivity or reduce waste
• Evaluating employee performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue or connect with new customers

• At least 8 years in the BPO industry:
• 5 years or more experience as an Operations Manager is a PLUS
• Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
• Preferably with a background in Customer Service
• Appointment setting experience is a plus
• Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
• Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
• Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12 - 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
• A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download. Back-up power/internet is a plus.
