Description

  1. Responsible for the business operation and maintenance of the Southeast Asian platform, monitoring, managing cloud components, handling business operation and maintenance needs, and ensuring service stability;
  2. Responsible for the function upgrade and construction of the Southeast Asian platform, cooperate with the R&D and testing progress according to project requirements, deploy the environment, optimize the configuration, and continuously improve CI/CD; responsible for the management of the Southeast Asian Internet of Vehicles platform and respond to business needs;
  3. Combined with the project background, sort out and configure relevant alarms, write automation scripts, and improve operation and maintenance efficiency;
  4. Daily inspections, output inspection reports, timely handle alarms, respond to faults quickly, and restore business in a timely manner;
  5. Be responsible, be able to accept overtime, and respond to business issues or tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
  6. Assist after-sales in responding to customer complaints;
  7. Assist in testing to complete testing in the corresponding region.

Requirement

  1. Full-time undergraduate or above, computer-related major, 3-5 years of relevant work experience,.
  2. Mandarin and English can be used as working languages, and the requirements can be lowered for outstanding candidates;
  3. Familiar with cloud platforms and related products such as AWS, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, etc., familiar with databases such as MySQL, redis, MongoDB, familiar with monitoring components such as zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, familiar with open source components such as kafka, zookeeper;
  4. Familiar with the construction of CI/CD process system and the use of tool sets, with K8S and docker operation and management experience, able to write dockerfile or yaml deployment services;
  5. Have experience in automated operation and maintenance, can write automated scripts according to the work content, use automated tools, simplify work complexity, and improve work efficiency;
  6. Pragmatic, self-driven, and strong self-learning ability. Have good problem analysis and problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills.
