• Provide basic healthcare services to the company's employees.
• Administer First Aid, prescribed medication by our company physician and other treatments during the work hours as deemed necessary.
• Monitor and promote employees health and wellness thru active health information dissemination, health teachings,
• Carry out Company Physician's orders and recommendation.
• Organize, maintain and secure patients medical records.
• Monitor Absenteeism for health related reasons, follow ups, send reports and fit to work.
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other clinic supplies.
• Create reports on Employee Health on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the enrolment and other processes related to Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
• Advise, educate and assist staff on SSS sickness and maternity claims.
• Plan, contribute and actively participate in the implementation of the activities and program of the Family Welfare Committee.
• Implement all Clinic Processes.
• Helps and contributes in Compliance (monitoring, recording, reporting etc) needed for DOLE-OSH.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of BS in Nursing
• Registered Nurse
• With BOSH Certificate
• Must ne OHNAP Member
• Willing to be assigned in Napindan Taguig, City
