Molex Integrated Products Philippines, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NPI Engineer who will work with cross-functional teams in Business Unit to ensure that design for manufacturability and maintenance is considered during the design phase.

Our Team

You will work closely with cross-functional teams from division, business units, Product/Project Managers, and Plant.

What You Will Do

• Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in the plant; Develop, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

• Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements and workflow, and designs layout equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

• Evaluate and improve processes in manufacturing systems.

• Conduct material and product evaluation.

• Assist on the assurance of effective process and product transfer.

• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.

• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.

• Generate process documentation such PFMEA, WI, Technical Drawings, ECN and Procedures.

• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

• Applies manufacturing methodology and statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.

• Review and analyze collected record

• Ensure process operation and projects are cost efficient.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• 5 years of experience electronics/semiconductor manufacturing industry

• Experience in the execution of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies
