2. Plan content topics, explore user interest trends, and enhance user engagement and retention;
3. Coordinate with design, technical, and other teams to ensure smooth content launch processes;
4. Conduct data analysis and track content effectiveness, proposing improvement strategies.

1. More than three years of experience in content operations, editing, or financial news reporting;
2. Strong writing skills, proficient in content structure planning and user sentiment understanding;
3. Familiar with content dissemination pathways and possess certain data analysis capabilities;
4. Sensitive to content, with an understanding of user needs and trending topics.
