Description

A National Customer Development Manager in the food service industry develops and executes strategies to grow and maintain customer relationships across a national footprint, focusing on key accounts and distribution channels. This role involves building strategic partnerships, developing joint business plans, and ensuring successful product placement and execution at the point of sale. 

Negotiate contracts and terms with customers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers, fostering trust and mutual success.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and track performance.

Training and Development:

Provide training and support to field sales teams and other customer-facing personnel.
