Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive cross-platform engineer to join our technical team. You will be involved in the development of mobile applications for the company's core products, utilizing Flutter or React Native technologies to build high-performance, smooth user experience cross-platform applications. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain the company's mobile products, with a focus on coding implementation for cross-platform (iOS & Android) applications.

Develop high-performance, high-quality applications using Flutter or React Native frameworks.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand business requirements and create an outstanding user experience together.

Write high-quality, well-structured, and maintainable code, and document related technical processes.

Identify and fix issues in development and production environments, continuously optimizing application performance, stability, and user experience.

Actively explore and learn new technologies and frameworks in the mobile development field, and be eager to share knowledge within the team.

Job Requirements:

Work Experience: 2-3 years of mobile development experience, with at least one year of practical project development experience in Flutter or React Native.

Technical Stack:

Proficient in at least one of Flutter or React Native, with an understanding of its core principles, state management, and lifecycle.

Familiar with Dart or JavaScript/TypeScript, possessing a solid programming foundation.

Knowledgeable in communication mechanisms with native (iOS/Android), capable of independently developing or integrating native plugins.

Platform Knowledge:

Understanding of iOS development, familiar with Swift or Objective-C, and knowledgeable about the Xcode development environment and common iOS APIs.

Ability to independently package and debug iOS applications.

Learning Ability:

Strong curiosity and desire to learn new technologies, with exceptional ability to learn quickly and solve problems.

Capable of independently reading technical documents in English.

AI Tools:

Proficient in and regularly using at least one mainstream AI programming assistance tool (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claud Code, etc.), able to leverage it to significantly improve coding efficiency and code quality.

Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and team spirit, responsible, and proactive in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience publishing apps to the App Store or mainstream Android application markets.

Familiarity with native Android development.

Good sense and understanding of UI/UX design.

Possession of a personal technical blog or open-source projects on GitHub.

Salary: 25-40k
