2. Market Research
1. Develop and execute targeted market promotion plans;
2. Communicate with customers regarding market promotion to ensure smooth implementation;
3. Collect information on distribution channels, pricing systems, policies, etc. in the target market to establish market profiles.
3. Country Manager, Management and Supervision
1. Maintain relationships with existing overseas market customers;
2. Anticipate and manage potential risks associated with overseas market customers;
3. Oversee the management of products and payments in overseas markets;
4. Organize to enhance the professional level of the marketing team, develop and implement training programs for new employees;
5. Timely share and consolidate knowledge related to overseas marketing.

Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; adaptability to overseas business trips in the first two years is required; understanding of the Mexican market is preferred, with 5 years or more of experience in the healthcare industry, and experience in the biopharmaceutical sector is a plus.
