Description
- Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages, small ATM parts or documents
- Bring/ Deliver items/ Pick up Items to the right recipient
- Clarifying your scheduled and anticipated deliveries/errands before each shift begins.
- Fetching, checking, and signing for parcels at their respective collection points.
- Helping in the purchase of office supplies and groceries
- Maintains of the office which includes:
- Keeping facilities and common areas clean
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
- At least high school graduate
- Proven work experience as a utility/messenger or similar role is a plus
- Has a valid professional driver’s license (2 wheels and 4 wheels) (required)
- With good moral character, well-groomed, hardworking, self-motivated, flexible, with initiative, fast, and accurately
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frames
- Can start asap
