Description
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends.
- Develop merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for inventory management.
- Analyze product performance and adjust displays accordingly.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards in merchandising.
- Analyze market trends, manage inventory levels, and ensure product quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in planning, strategic planning, inventory management, and quality management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and team player.
