- A Medical Representative is tasked with generating demand and promoting assigned products by establishing professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- They manage their assigned territory to achieve sales and promotional objectives, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieving sales targets and meeting activity metrics is crucial for maintaining consistent performance in both volume and revenue.
- They are also responsible for submitting accurate, timely, and truthful reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.
- Additionally, they must engage in continuous learning through training, product updates, and coaching, stay informed about relevant scientific advancements, and consistently maintain professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and conduct.
Requirements
- College Graduate
- With at least 6 months medical rep experience
